~OUR FOSTER TO ADOPT PROGRAM~

You must live within a reasonable distance (70 miles or less) from
a State Coordinator to adopt an unaltered dog.

Please be sure that you live within 70 miles of one of the below
cities prior to submitting your application. Tools are below to
easily assist you with calculating your distance from a Coordinator.

OUR FOSTER TO ADOPT PROGRAM:

True Heart's Foster-to-Adopt Program was created to place unaltered (non-spayed/neutered) puppies into approved forever homes in a foster situation prior to adoption. The Foster-to-Adopt Program allows approved applicants to take an unaltered puppy into their home until the animal is old enough or healthy enough to be spayed/neutered by an approved, licensed veterinarian (at the rescue's expense, or reimbursed to you). If the Foster-to-Adopt family is accepted, they will foster the dog until it is altered, then the adoption contract will be finalized. If the Foster-to-Adopt family decides not to adopt, they must still provide foster care until the best forever home has been found for their foster dog(s).
